Youvetsi is delectable meal consisting of tender, falling-off-the-bone Lamb Shanks, cooked in a special Greek-style tomato sauce with Orzo Pasta.
This ready-to-cook Youvetsi meal kit includes:
- 8 par-cooked frozen Lamb Shanks
- 1 package of uncooked Orzo Pasta
- 1 can of chicken broth
- Final cooking instructions
NOTE: The Lamb Shanks are sold frozen, and the Orzo Pasta is sold uncooked. Simply cook them at home using our easy instructions to enjoy a magical meal.
PAN SIZE: XL Pastitsio will come in FULL SIZE aluminum steam pans which measure 21” x 13” x 3” AND MAY NOT FIT IN ALL FREEZERS AND OVENS. Check the dimensions of your freezer and oven before ordering.
